Shrine of the Six, Divinity’s Reach

This is not map related, but it is a pretty serious art bug. There are 6 stained glass windows inside the Shrine of the Six (one for each God), but when you go outside there are only 5. The stained glass window for Grenth has mysteriously disappeared when you view the shrine from outside.

I’ve attached a picture of the inside and outside for comparison. Notice how Grenth is between Lyssa and Balthazar on the inside of the shrine, but the outside stained glass panels skip from Lyssa directly to Balthazar. This does not make any sense at all and should be corrected.

No music plays during character creation!

Please re-enable the main menu theme for the character creation screen! For a few months now, the character creation screen has been devoid of any music. It is just eerie silence and quite depressing actually. When I first bought the game, the character creation process was accompanied by the dramatic looping theme of the main menu/character selection screen. Now, the entire process just feels incomplete and lackluster. Creating a new character is somewhat of a lengthy process for me, and the music really helped set the mood and excitement as I was going through each step. Please bring back the music that used to play there

Just wanted to report that this still has not been fixed. It is really underwhelming creating a character without all that dramatic music that formerly accompanied the screen. It just feels very incomplete

Indeed. Another thing I’ve noticed about the Grove is that the music seems to play quite randomly and rather jarringly instead of enhancing the atmosphere of the city. Some areas are completely silent and never play any music, whereas others seem to trigger specific tracks when you walk in. This really disrupts the atmosphere for me since the music would start and then stop suddenly as you walk, not to mention some of the current tracks (like the generic exploration music with loud horns) do not fit the Grove’s peaceful and serene setting.

I’m glad someone agrees . The best part is that these tracks already exist and only need to be hooked up to play in those respective cities. No need to compose new music or anything like that.

I should also mention that the Grove seems to have the same issues. It doesn’t seem to have its own unique theme and plays only a bunch of unrelated tracks that don’t really match the setting of the city.

For reference, this was labelled as the Grove’s theme but never actually plays in the city. Imagine how much a track like this would add to the feeling of walking around the city. As with Rata Sum, please consider adding unique music tracks to these capital cities.

Does anybody else find the musical atmosphere in Rata Sum to be a bit lacking? It only seems to play generic music tracks that you hear in several other zones and doesn’t really have its own unique theme song (like you hear when you first enter Divinity’s Reach or Hoelbrak).

I’d always thought “Snaff’s Workshop” would be a perfect fit as Rata Sum’s main track, and it is a shame this brilliant piece isn’t being utilized. I’ve even seen this track labelled as Rata Sum’s theme previously, and I was disappointed to find out it didn’t play at all when I first visited the city.

Divinity’s Reach

This is a minor issue related to the map art of Divinity’s Reach. The western wall of the city still appears to be destroyed and in ruins despite the area being rebuilt for the new Crown Pavillion.

I have attached pictures of the new and restored outer wall of the city where it once was destroyed from the Great Collapse, as well as a comparison of the old and new map of Divinity’s Reach showing no update to the broken wall.
