Guild Wars 2

I want to transmute my ugly Beserkers bow of perception (lvl 80) with the look of my gorgeous Carrion Leginaire Longbow (lvl 70) but if course I cant because the transmute stone is only good for lvl 79 and below. If there another kinda transmute stone to use or another way to do it? I really hate losing the look of the good bow as I paid well to get it in the first place.

okay, so Im not sure what changed. if it was quitting the game and returning, or the latest update or what, but my mouse is working.

For me this works by holding down the left mouse for directional change and the W key to move forward simultaneously. The mouse alone doesn’t do anything. But Im super good with this solution.

Again note, this is a PC mouse with a left and a right mouse button. I havent tried this with a mac mouse because I dont own one.

so “support mod” closed a thread of the same name before ANYONE could ask relevant questions, and also block you from sending messages to the person who created the thread. apparently you have to wait TWO DAYS after you read a thread to send someone a message as spam protection. really? Isnt the point of a thread that MORE than one person might be helped????

grrr. HOPING someone has the answer to the question I would have asked IF I had been allowed to do so.

The original question was how could you use a mouse to move your character and the response was use a PC mouse. Now my question would have been What PC mouse are you using with your mac to move your character? Im using a kensington but Im not able to move my character with a mouse AT ALL.

Is there some trick to it? or maybe I have the wrong kinda PC mouse? I note the original poster of a thread by the same name indicated you hold down both mouse buttons to move your character but thats not working for me either.

if someone with a mac has figured this out can you be more specific than “PC mouse” and if there are any mac guidelines for moving your character with a mouse Id like to see ’em because I searched and got nothing but AWSD.

it cant be intel i5 or better because I just bought this game and my machine is on the list of those that supposedly work with the game. and its i3. so if i5 were required I want my money back because I just bought this game ONE week ago and I note the post above is from 2 months ago!

native would be great as playing like this is much to annoying. for me its the whole mouse issue and not being able to control my character with anything but lame asdw keys on the keyboard. no one suffers through that in this day and age. and dont even get me started on the spinning. Yes, go native please!

I have a kensington mouse and cant use it for anything but menus and clicking on buttons. for movement all I have are the keyboard keys which is an extremely archaic way to move your character not to mention I end up spinning out of control at the slightest mistap on the keys.

very disapointed.

is there ANY mouse that you can use to move your character or is this just the way the game is for mac users? its terrible. honestly have not been able to play because I cant control the character.
