I don’t think any of the elites are going to be more useful than the Elementalist class elites (you can do some pretty fun things with Tornado close to cliffs, but I think most people run Glyph of Elementals). As for racial skills in general, I think Pain Inverter is the only racial skill that’s worth using in any scenario. It’s an Asura tier 1 that provides confusion and retaliation, which can be useful in WvWvW scenarios.
Of course, you have to weigh that against not being able to have one of the normal Elementalist utility skills…and they’re all so useful.
Just pick whatever race you like best.
