Why u no work, ok seriously though its not letting me login. after confirming my email address through the link i can no longer login to GW2.
its saying that the email address is not found. even though i was playing last night and this morning using the same login info and every thing
i keep getting error code 3002:1008:1:462 hope this help Thanks in advance.
The above message is posted for my brother he made this ticket using his support account however it wont let him back in now to even check on the status of his ticket he submitted this the 31st of august i understand u are busy but its now telling him his email doesnt even exist so he cant even access this forum to re post this
so im doing it for him.It is as the ticket says his account is hacked and he would like some response im a little shocked there has been no response whatsoever to his ticket as of yet and should hope to see some immediate action to this woeful problem.
pls help him he needs your tech assistance u may contact him via his incident number u should have his email because of this feel free to contact me as well in regards to this
