“Ticket #120905-007421 Belonging to a friend (White Zetsuu, Fooly.6174) is a ticket that was submitted for repriotizing as per your request on September 2nd and still never got looked at.”

“Hello!

Here is all my public, relevent info:

Character: White Zetsuu
Account: Fooly.6174

I was playing a few nights ago, and got disconnected saying I logged in elsewhere. Upon trying to reconnect it tells me my email does not exist. I contact you to find out my master email has been changed, and you will change it back for me, and have me update my password. Perfect! All is said and done, ticket goes down, and sure enough, I still get error 3002:1008:1:462 – The email address you entered was not found.
To make things worse, the same message applies to trying to log into your forum page (thus a friend posted this for me, copy pasted, and will be relaying responses back to me.)

I believe when you made my new account, as well as the several others in the same boat I’ve found on twitter, facebook, and reddit, all downvoted into oblivion before we can get the message out for help, that you disconnected our serial IDs from our new accounts somehow.

Now we can no longer access the game or your site. The tickets are considered to be resolved. New tickets made about the matter are being marked as duplicates for something thats already resolved.

There is no phone chat, despite me giving my number in every ticket. There is no live chat, despite everyone so desperately needing it (and obviously it being needed your way for conformation) and there is no corporate number to call to even just ask for a refund at this point.

What options do I have to get ahold of someone who can actually fix this issue?
