I apologize if this is the wrong place for it but I desperately wanted to make this suggestion.

I’m one of those people who have all the different mining picks, axes and sickles in my bag for collecting materials. But the problem is that they are indistinguishable from one another (save the orichalcum one and other special ones). If giving each of these a different icon is too much then maybe have the first letter of its grade be visible on the icon?

This is a really simple suggestion and I wouldn’t be surprised if it has been suggested before but using the search I found nothing.

Made a clip where I show this error and while doing it I discover that the transactions page gives a different error code, namely 10:69:6:72:101.
Firewall is turned off and ports are open.

Both My transactions and trading in TP gives me error code 10:59:1:219:101 and also tells me to check firewall and stuff. I’ve already disabled my firewall (NOD32 Smart Security) and the problem persists. The firewall has never caused problems in GW2 before. It has, however, caused problems in other games and turning off the firewall always solved the problem.

The texts accompanying the error code also says that it can’t access the login server at the time.

No error pops up but I also can’t use the currency exchange.

Is the same for me.
During the first part of the mission NPC “Trahearne” dosen’t folow me.
Instead, in the second part of the mission all NPC disappear and appear out of the cave. For this reason I can not complete the mission.

This is exactly what happens to me. Got 3 deaths trying to complete the mission and wasted a lot of time. Please fix, but concentrate on getting hacked accounts back to their rightful owners so I could play with my friend. That is more important.
