Finally broke through Ruby! It took me just under 100 ranked games to get Diamond, but being my first season of gw2 pvp I’m pretty pleased

Grats Burr, I just reached Diamond myself, took me just under 100 games to get there. I highly recommend gunflame as well, it allows you to have a greater effect in pugs for sure. This was my first season of GW2 pvp, I just started playing the game in February.

So I picked up the f2p version a little over a month ago, and I’ve since then bought HoT. I rolled warrior and fell in love with the class. I didn’t pvp until I reached 80, and I head read a lot by then(forums, guides, etc.). After watching some streams in my slow time at work, I decided to give it a shot. I’ve been playing gunflame the entire time, and I just shrug off the cheese comments. Here’s where I stand after playing the past 2 weeks. Pleased with my progress so far I’m halfway through ruby atm.
