Okay, I don’t know if it was updating the driver, or what, but my characters are beautiful now. Thank you so much for taking the time to give me tips and for helping me solve my issue. You’re awesome.

Installing the new driver right now. I’ll tweak fps settings after I get this issue resolved.

I’m using native. Had a driver update about a week ago, but I can check again. Screenshot posted below of the character creation screen, as well as the graphics options screen.

I’ve tried a full client restart, yes. I’m using an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series card.

I’m able to check the box for the high-res character graphics, but even after changing maps, characters are still pixelated. I wouldn’t mind this so much during actual game play, but I’m not accurately able to customize my character’s face because the graphics just aren’t changing.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
