I don’t see a problem.

I have been using http://gw2nodes.com/ to mark the locations for my four characters that are farming high end materials.
I can confirm that the locations have changed when I switched characters in the middle of the day (no where near a daily reset, or after an server reset). I am on the Yak’s Bend server.

An interesting texture mishap, the letters NORMAL is shown in some of the ground textures north east of scoured plains.
