My wife’s account has been hacked since Monday morning(the 8th). It has been over 5 days since we put a support ticket in, and we have had zero resolution. What is up with this? It has all the information required, and ArenaNet has done nothing.
Wasn’t is supposed to be resolved within 72 hours? Do something about this. We have been patient, but it’s past that point by now. It is extremely painful watching her account online constantly, changing servers and such too. It’s clearly an active gold seller.
