Well…my records lies by 11k burning damage in the mists at the golems. Theoretically, full buffed i can reach in PvE or WvW a maximum of ~ 16k !!! all in under 3 seconds.
here a short view: testet in WvW at 5 dogs, without might, with 25 malice-stacks(?) and 5 WvW-stacks
Could be easily higher at enemies with more life ^^
