Posting this on behalf of my friend, he cannot log-in to the forum since the hacker changed his e-mail/ account name.

On Sept 9, he received an email titled “The e-mail address for your Guild Wars account has been changed” from noreply@guildwars2.com informing him that his email has been changed. Thereafter he could not access his account anymore.
