How do I make gold now? Everything I’ve read is extremely outdated and is no longer viable. I hear farming SW is still a good option, but how do I go about optimizing farming that? Or is the HoT content more lucrative?

I just reached level 80 today, and I’m not quite sure where to go from here. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do after you hit 80?
