Same thing happened to me, only with the divinity’s reach rewards. I did Divinity’s Reach late last night, picked stuffing to match with the glue I picked in grove. Today I did Black Citadel and went to look at my achievements and I was missing the divinity’s reach achievement, as well as the frame, cogs, and the stuffing.
