As a person that reads and takes in the information given to me via the game it makes me aggrivated when i spend realtime money to upgrade this back piece only to be disappointed by the fact that this item cannot be upgraded in the mystic forge though it clearly states on the the item that it can be upgraded. how come this was not removed before the living world was active ? I just want to be sure about the information in the game is the correct one and not be dissapointed after putting down time and money to get this back item .why is it that it cant be upgraded ?
