Guild Wars 2

Hey there!
I just bought 1 Ascended Shield recipe and 1 Ascended Axe Recipe for laurels. For some reason, all the old stat selections show up, but also Marauder and Crusader. I was under the impression that these were some of the new statsets. So how come Wanderer, Minstrel, Commander, Viper’s, Trailblazer and Vigilant don’t show up?
I have to admit I did this as a gamble, as I wanted to check if Trailblazer and Viper’s could be chosen.
I kinda hope it’s a bug and the rest doesn’t show up because of insufficient space.
Anyone knows anything about this?

this happened to me to, actually. i was able to go there a little bit after we got the hall, but now the walls up and im unable to. i dont have the really expensive HoT pack, so im guessing its just a bug. although i wish it wasn’t, since that place was really pretty.

Yeah I loved it up there. Hopefully it opens up again at some point!

So yesterday my guild and I captured “Lost Precipice”.
Today, when I was exploring, I found a path that I don’t remember seeing before.

So I ventured up, and what I found was very peculiar…

Something I can only describe as a small town, on top of our guildhall. There were 4 houses there, all of which having the same architectural style, but had slight differences on the insides.

I was also able to reach the upper-right corner of the map, some green flourishing ruins that seems inaccessible outside of going this way.

Quite a lovely place!

However, my best friend (the guild master of our guild) was with me the whole time. She was unable to follow me, because there was supposedly a “wall in her way” (first picture)

I didn’t think much of it, guessing it was because I had the most expensive HoT package.

But when I returned to the same spot later today, I was met with the same wall.

I’m not sure if this is some sort of… mystery, or if it’s a bug. Either way I wanted to share my odd Guild Hall exploration story with you guys!

am I the only one who’s extremely happy about this?
in my 9+years experience of raiding I’ve always played healer and LOVED it, and now that I can finally be a viable dedicated healer in my favorite MMO, I’m just very happy! I’m so glad I made my Ranger my main!

Introduction
[VoS] is a small PvX guild that is currently recruiting for PVE, PVP and RP. With the upcoming HoT expansion, we want to broaden our PVE side of things so we have enough people for a static raid group. We plan to raid 2-3 nights a week, and until the Raids are released doing dungeons instead.

About
We in [VoS] believe that having a smaller guild helps us get to know one another a lot easier, while at the same time enjoying whatever content we desire to play. We also want people to play the roles they want to play so that you’ll be able to enjoy your class as well, and not blindly copy “meta builds” that everyone else in the game seems to try and shove down everyone’s throat. Want to run a tanky build? Go for it! Want to be more support based? Great! Want to be pure dps? Alright!
We basically want everyone to have fun and become great friends while at it. We will have a TS3 server set up soon, and we’re still discussing whether or not to get a website or not.

-Full rep not required but preferred

PVE & RP
If you are interested in joining for PVE purposes, there’s still spots on the team. Raidleader will be myself (Eruge) and I’ll make sure to organize it all properly. As for RP, all RP’ers are welcome as long as they’re friendly.

PVP
Aryht (the guild leader) will be taking care of the PVP side of things, and handling the team there. She will also be a part of the Raiding team, but if you join the guild and you’re interested in being a part of the PVP team as well, make sure to let her know!

because I sold my drawing tablet a few months ago, really miss it so my Wii U is the best replacement I have atm. not used to drawing on it yet.

And finally, my level 80 warrior. Spent more time on this one than on the necromancer just to try and get more used to drawing on the gamepad.

same as you, back from a lengthy break! also looking for a guild!

So, last night, my guildies took me on an adventure! Since I haven’t played since launch, they suggested to go do Arah (my first time in there), because they wanted to see how many times we would wipe for fun.
We didn’t wipe once.
It was pretty cool, I’ve heard so many times that Lupicus was really hard, but my first time against him and we one shot him. I pretend it’s because of me, but probably because there were 2 mesmers…
