It’s telling her that it can’t find her Master NCSoft account, so that was a fail.

Yeah, I’ll do that when her original ticket goes past three days, but she’s worried that info isn’t bing added now, because replies are going up as new tickets and getting marked as ‘duplicates’. She’s not able to reply to the ticket at all, and doesn’t want to be accused of spamming new tickets trying to reply to the original, that’s the main reason why she asked me to post to the forums.

My daughter has never yet managed to play GW2, she’s had a GW1 account for years though. None of her passwords will work on her GW1 account and she’s not able to reset her GW1 account password.

Her GW2 account is registered, and no password that she’s ever set for anything will let her log in. The password reset is not working, gives the unhelpful error message: “there was an error. Please contact support.” She’s never even seen a character creation screen, so she has no guild and no character names to give you on her GW2 account. All she wants is to reset her password so that she can log in and play, for the very first time. You can understand that she’s a little frustrated. Her account is Bubski.5038

For the sake of my sanity, and the sanity of the rest of the player base. People like to leave emotes ‘running’, sometimes for hours. It’s bad enough that we have to listen to conversations about outhouses sic ad nausem when crafting in LA, but listening to the cry or laugh loop for more than 30 seconds will drive me insane. I don’t want to switch off all emote sounds, because they’re mostly fun. Just let me use the ability to block a character to mean that I no longer have to hear them ingame either.
