My ticket which although I’m sure it isn’t high on anyone’s list to be fixed, has been sitting open since 8/26 without even an email notification saying the ticket was received. Unlike many unfortunate souls here, I can log into my account but since the items I paid for are not working/replaced, I am unable to play as I paid for. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
I posted a bug report and put in a ticket on 8/26 about the Tome of Influence and Chalice of Glory no applying when used. I have not even gotten a canned response that the ticket has been noticed. Does anyone know if we are going to get these items that we paid for restored? Character is Sorami Ashling on the Tarrnished Coast server, representing and GM of House Valerius.
