I’ll explain how that happened.

I created a revenant for the beta test, with a very similar name to my guardian, with the same looks.. Yesterday i saved some ascended armor on my storage to use today on the beta, so even the armor was exactly the same, characters were similar.

I jumped off the beta story to test the damage on orr with the Revenant. After that I decided to create a new one to do the story from the beginning (deleting the previous Revenant). But while on character select, since the characters were almost identical I selected the Guardian by accident, and instintively typed its name, since it’s a name i’m usually writing (it’s a name for other games as well). That’s how it got deleted by accident.

Sent a request to the Support team, I didn’t know where it was before posting on the forums. It’s sad if the character has to go since it had everything map/item/storywise, but at least getting the items back would be better than nothing.

I accidentaly deleted my main character (guardian with full ascended armor/trinkets/weapons + eternity, two other full sets of armor, copper fed, salvage tools and other stuff from the gem store) and with all the story completed by mistake, since i made a beta character similar to him and with a close name. I have no idea what to do now since it was on accident, but the character pretty much had everything on my account.

Is there any chance of recovery?

I just did a lvl1 fractal run with 3 guildmates and a random from lfg, since today there was a 1-10 scale fractal daily.
We went trough Uncategorized – Snow – Volcanic – Solid Ocean
The run was after the daily reset, and the only chest each of us got was the “daily 1-10 scale fractal”, but not the normal end one with the pristine and gold.

Would like to know if the end chest from fractals is bugged because we’re missing some rewards.
