I wonder if these threads in any way will influence content changes in the game.
I haven’t played the game nearly as much as many of you, I’m sure, but there are two areas that annoy the kittens out of me so much, I try to avoid them entirely.
1) Brenni by the auctioneer at Ebonhawke “…I need your help.” SHUT UP already.
2) Some unknown NPC by the bank near Trader’s Forum WP and his constant, “Spit it out. What.” Blah blah blah. OMG that’s so annoying.
When I try to introduce others to the game to convince them to spend the money to play, the ones that see these guys aren’t so impressed. I hear things like, “Are all the NPC’s that annoying?” or… “This game is a lot of fun if you stay away from those guys.”
Turning the sound off in these areas works, but come on, Anet. You know these guys annoy you, too. Just fix it.
