Guild Wars 2

So i had done all my achievements for this and i didn’t receive my chest only the key for it and i asked all my guildies if that happened to them to but they all got there chests and key no problem.

I done my achievements and i didn’t get a chest all i got was the key

Um.. I’m having a really annoying bug my friends/party members see me as offline when i’m online and not lagging. Also they say i’m not representing the guild when i am. How do i fix this issue?

I created a shortcut and tried to rename it to Guild Wars 2 Port Test and it said this is no longer located
