Thanks for the information all. I do realize all my components are pretty outdated. I don’t have the money for a complete new pc at this moment. Will look for a new cpu,mb and ram than. I’m pretty sure my PSU is enough (850w crosshair modular PSU) and all my drives are sata indeed.

I love WvW in this game, but my PC drops down to around 4 fps in bigger WvW battles. Therefore I would like to upgrade my PC. However I’m not sure what the bottleneck for this specific situation is.

At the moment I got the following hardware.

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz
4 gb Ddr2 memory
ATI 5770 Videocard

I’m thinking about upgrading to a nVidia 660 TI and to install a SSD Harddisk.

Do you think this is a good idea to improve my fps in WvW Battles or should i focus more on my processor/memory?
