Hi,
the account of our guildleader was stolen almost 2 weeks ago on september the first. Till now he is not able to log in and play again.
Incident: 120901-005676
The first part of the ticket is writen in german but he reported in english afterwords.
Is there any possibility to solve this quicker ? He is (was) the only one who could invite people into our guild.
