I don’t see why we would have to pay even more to be able to get several copies of the tools. It is very inconvenient to have to switch them around between characters. If they wanted people to buy multiple tools instead of using one for all your characters, why the change to account bound?
So I vote for: – Free. Unlock them in Hero panel near Zenith Weapon skins.
