Same problem here, with all tried. I really don’t understand why we can’t continue from where we left after a crash. I play game for fun not for this disappointing thing.

I started playing this game and bought HoT two weeks ago without realizing that a new expansion is coming on August 1st. Do I have to pay for the second expansion again? This is quite irritating..
