A simple acknowledgement of this issue would be very encouraging. Instead of sitting here hoping they are trying to resolve it.
It would be encouraging if they would at least acknowledge the issue and that they are attempting to get it resolved.

I just purchased the game this morning and it has recently finished patching for me. I was able load the game and begin creating my first character. Once I get to the last step of creation, naming, and I attempt to proceed I am given an error message that says to check my network connection. My connection is running absolutely fine, I have tried it both wired and wirelessly to be sure. The error code is also not available in the FAQ database (Code=1004:6:16:287:101). Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
