Rarely do I ever post on a forum, but I am surprised by the lack of customer support provided by guild wars support crew.
Not once have I ever had an issue, and yet the only time I do., I am met with "While I would like to replace or restore your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items for the situation that you have described. " – GM Master Mind.
I wasn’t requesting to have an imaginary Legendary Weapon replaced, just simply to replace my daily fractal reward that was stripped after the crash yesterday.
There isn’t much I can do, but the one thing that I have learned over the years that can speak the most volume in situations such as these is withholding myself as a customer. Something so simple, and of trivial effect to the game as a whole, but would serve to satisfy the customer and they aren’t willing to help.
While we understand that you would have preferred to receive a different answer to your request, we must reiterate that we are unable to fulfill your request – GM Master Mind…. that can read a few ways but smarmy is the word that comes to mind.
On that note I have uninstalled my game and am moving on. It’s unfortunate, but as a consumer…. its all I can do. Good Luck all
