even if its player activity something needs to be fixed. It makes the game unplayable for most of the day

Hello, i am getting extreme lag when i log in the game, i can move my character but nothing else moves. It doesn’t continue even after a long period of time.
Another thing is i get stuck at the loading screen after i select my character and hit play. I hear the game’s music but loading screen doesnt go away.
Please help

i also have a crazy lag burst right away when i log in. I cannot move and about after 3 minutes i get disconnected. Weird thing is that the chat works fine.
