I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2012, Intel Core i7-3520M 2.9Ghz with 8GB of RAM.

I’m getting the same problem, except that I was previously running GW2 on OSX and wanted to try it out on bootcamp instead. I never had this problem while playing on OSX. The frame rate is higher (40-50) than it was on OSX, but now my character seems to move around slow for a bit, followed by it speeding up to ‘catch back up’ and compensate for the sluggish movement, and then repeating. All the characters around me are doing the same thing. An interesting detail is that it only happens after having run around for 5-10 seconds (if i have just returned from having downsized the client). before this time, the client runs smoothly. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My “Call Target” Command wont respond to any preset including the default. All my hotkeys work fine as long as I am in PvP. However, if I am in WvW or anywhere in PvE it does not respond to any preset. I use a few different hot keys than the default, and the problem didn’t start happening until I changed Call Target from the default to ctrl + e.

Ive tried deleting GW2 from my application support folder and restarting it, as well as resetting all my keys to their defaults. Neither work.

I run the Mac Beta Version, but I don’t know why this should be an issue.

I use a mac with similar specs and am having the same issue. This was after attempting to start it up following the 12.21.12 update. I was playing without problems just prior to the update.
