1. Posting the diagnostic file here on open forum is a serious security threat, so I’m not gonna do it.
2. From the file I learned that I have 80 to 100% packet loss on plaync servers, constant.
3. The same happens even with all firewalls turned off, which means it’s not my fault, and besides it worked perfectly a week ago.
4. Your “adjustments”, ANet, managed only to screw things more on my end, as now I am often unable to authenticate, let alone play the game.
And telling people to submit a technical support ticket is just like telling them to just give up, because you won’t help. And I thought that the days of GW1 connectivity issues are long gone… :/
Oh, yeah, by the way – I’m in Poland, ISP is Orange (with a solid 40/4 fiber conection).
