Hey,
I’m currently trying to locate a vendor who sells lvl 80 rare weapons. The link displays those, name is always Pact xyz. These should be similar to the Ebon Vanguard stuff you can buy in Fields of Ruin. So far no luck on my side, maybe they arent even ingame, although i highly doubt that.
