Please implement:

-Alliance Chat and ingame Alliances
-Custom made chat groups
-Officer/leader chatgroups for guilds
-“inspect” option so you can view other players gear
-realm ranks like DAoC + visible to other players in wvw
-Kill messages like DAoC area wide + option to disable it for those who want to

We thought about why not making an overflow pvp area for a giving matchup? Sure it would favor high pop servers, but I think its part of the game to get your people motivated to fight in wvw!
If you want to have even paced matches you can do spvp.

24h matches mean nothing…but yes. having 2 timezones on 1 server is fubar
