In my opinion, you could turn off Anti-Aliasing and Depth Blur without affecting much visually.
I also keep reflections off because they cause a few graphical bugs for me.

Will my power supply causes any problems other than this? This is how the computer shipped..
it shouldn’t cause any other issue until you put in a more powerful processor or graphics card. Just check the system requirements online before buying the new unit.
and don’t worry about how it was shipped, I had to upgrade my power supply along with the graphics card too.

Actually, the graphics card is the bottleneck, you need a larger power supply (400W or greater recommended by AMD site above).
I would suggest 600W, if not more.
I did a little research on another forum; others that are having the same issue say it is just downloading very slow. I don’t think the client is actually losing connection, but it is running low on bandwidth from high traffic. Unfortunately this is a server-side problem that you can’t do anything about.
the only suggestion I have now is to just let the client run until it eventually finishes downloading.
did it give you a specific error code?
check if the client is allowed through your firewall.
I have had a game that was previously allowed through firewall that lost its firewall exception for no reason.
Try updating your graphics card drivers through this site.

and for the processor, you could try opening up your computer and blowing out all the dust with compressed air if you have not done that already.
