1. Skill variety – I LOVED the customizable skill bars in GW1, that practically allowed you hundreds, maybe thousands, of combinations of skills, spells, buffs, hexes, shouts, summons and conditions – all depending on your play style, the mission at hand and your teams. You could take 50 elementalists in that game and not a single one had the same skill bar. I loved hunting for Elite Skills and the multitude of options the 2nd profession offered. I played GW1 for years, and still fiddled around with different builds whenever I played. I miss the individuality of that game. In GW2 it’s all the same as you basically unlock all the skills you want at level 40-45, and then it’s just NOTHING new all the way to 80. You literally do the same thing at lvl 80 as at lvl 40, only against better monsters and with better equipment. Your play style is just the same as everybody else’s.
Just that… to begin with. It would change the whole game in a positive way.
