I planned on playing during the one day headstart as I had free time that day but due to a misunderstanding I only got my headstart key on the Monday. Two days before that I had received my retail copy of the game and had created an account with that information, which is the account I am posting on. After I gained my headstart code I was unable to activate it on this account so i ended up creating a new account and opening a support ticket to question if anything could be done to remedy the issue.
I currently have a disabled headstart account with a level 34 on it which I would love to continue to play but I can’t because of this problem. I did receive a ticket reply which simply told me to continue playing by switching to the other account, but completely avoided the fact that I wished to continue playing on my currently existing character. I have only played in this account to try out another class to see if I liked them and don’t care in the slightest if I lose them.
Would it be possible to have the key on the account I am on revoked and let me apply it to the headstart one instead or any other way around it?

My headstart account has the username: Exilion.3465.
The ticket I have left open has this ID: 120827-009282

Thanks and please help, I really don’t have as much time as I used to so starting again fully would be far from ideal.
