This is my first post on this forum, and i’m quite new to the Thief class (level 30 when i’m writing this) but I am not really sure how my build should look like when I am 80. I have decided to NOT go full dps, because I like to be in a party and support my fellow members. Furthermore I use D/P as my main weapon and fall back to SB for the AoE & Range.
With D/P and my utility skills I focus around blinding my opponents so they won’t hit me or my party members. With my traits I focus on stealth and stealing, for increased damage and buffs. I will always (if possible) attack from behind, so that is why I have chosen for “Side Strike” and “Flanking Strikes”. I will of course be switching between signets for bosses and normal mobs. Such as “Executioner” and “Hidden Killer”.
My gear will be a mix of all kind of things, with precision and crit damage being the sole stats for dps. Furthermore I want to focus on condition duration to extend my blinds and maybe healing power to increase the healing of “Shadow Refuge”.

I hope you all like my idea for building a thief and can give some good feedback and tips to maximize the effectiveness of the build.
