I have the same problem since 2 days its arena net servise failure and they cant fix it i sent them a ticket since 2 days and they didn’t answer in perpuse … I bought PoF and this is my reward
… nothing of all those works since there are no firewalls opened no third parties programs all ports are openend and internet works everywhere fine just arenanet issue that they don’t wanna fix I am unistalling the game and senting again message for refound money for PoF cauz of their attitude and the zero respect to tickets from players who are paying to play
