Hi, ive been waiting over a week since i submitted and havent heard anything yet (315841:Obsidian Shards Disappeared) is my ticket, please help me.

and no i only have 1 account with 5 characters…l i have checked all of them but they have gone -_-

Hi as you can tell by the title i purchased 250 shards using 525,000 karma for my legendary stored them in collectibles and came to use them today and they aren’t there, I’ve searched on all characters and have had no luck in finding them… Please help me, it took ages to get all that karma…
