I just purchased the Lunatic Guard Outfit from the gem store. I did receive the item, as you can see it is equipped in my Hero Panel. It seems to be glitched in that it doesn’t appear to be in my Outfit Wardrobe.
Has anyone else seen this problem?

You can contact CS for assistance with removing the Mobile Authentication from your Account. (You can then re-instate it with your new phone). Top of Page – Services/Support – Submit a Request.

I’m trying to update my security information and I’ve run into a snag.
I use the Google Authenticator app and I purchased a new phone a few months ago; I forgot to disconnect the old app from my account and can no longer do so as the old app, on the old phone, is required to disconnect the app from the account. I’m not sure what to do as this could be problematic if I get a new computer in the future.
