I’ve been afflicted with bug number 2 about three times now. Normally when there’s a lot of stuff going on. Most recently (a few minutes ago), it occurred when fighting for control of Stonemist. It’s so distracting and somewhat painful. No matter how much I fiddle with the sound settings, I can’t stop the noise unless I restart the game. I decided to unplug my headphones and leave the speakers off and play the game in silence just to avoid WvW queue.
