Yeap I got the same thing, I’ve had the game for about a week, been loving it. Never said anything bad to anyone in chat, my name is not offensive. Account hasn’t been hacked. ( That I’m aware of) Then I try to log on just then and I’ve got this :S Like really. what did I do??? :S

Ya I got the same thing….I guess someone must have hacked the account while I was on vacation over the past two weeks….man it was such a heart breaking moment getting that message on my first login attempt

“This account has been permanently banned for a violation of the user agreement and/or rules of conduct.”

I got the same thing….the first time I tried to log in. I’ve been on vacation for the past 2 weeks so I haven’t even played the game since the beta weekend events.

Could I also get someone to look at my account and let me know why I’m permanently banned? I haven’t even played the released game yet. It was my first time trying to log in since the beta weekend events (I was on vacation).

I have the same thing….I haven’t even played the released game yet. I’ve been on vacation for the past two weeks….what a great way to start of the journey – getting a banned message the first time you try to log in.
