When I reach to 93% world completion with my lvl80 character, somehow my World Completion box gone on Map, is that bug or something ?

If i wear my chest(suite) “Shaman Reward Pauldrons” are going to be invisible, but if i don’t use my chest pauldrons are going to be visible. Current set is looking really bad without pauldrons. FYI.
