I was watching one of Wooden Potato’s videos and the devs said something like “marking the target will let them know you’re there even if they can’t see you”.
To me, this meant that you can make a target while stealthed and remain stealthed.
Just happened to me now. That was an interesting experience.
Do WvW if you bored of PvE content and also want to leveling
(WvW will give you tome of knowledge)As for me when I first start playing, most of my leveling is by grinding world-bosses
So if he’s bored with PvE content he should go get gang kitten d for a few hours, that’ll make him stick around!
I joined a wvw map, died 4 times, got nothing for it. That’s not fun and will only cause people to abandon the game.

Is PvP the only way?
If so, which is faster, WvW or Spvp?
Dervish.
Dual Swords.
And they should introduce a shield backpack, that only appears when you’re in combat. That way, you have 3 shields.
Maybe have a 4th one strapped to your chest. The ultimate turtle.
Warrior - Trooper (aka Cowboy/girl), gets dual pistols, class mechanic changes to defensive options (something like F1 becomes a short (i.e. 0.5s block)) per Adrenaline bar

What about Dervish?
I never played GW1, but from what I can tell they seem to be melee mages that used scythes.
So imagine a melee mage that loses the ability to use a Scepter, but gains the ability to use a sword. You still attune to the elements, but your abilities are all based in melee range.
They can make staff the main weapon for the class and just do what they did with Necromancers and make the scythe blade appear when in combat. Make the scythe blade change appearance based on element, for instance make it a blue ice blade when attuned to water. Fire and Air are self-explanatory, I think. Earth can be either a crystal blade, or just a sharp stone looking thing.
I think the huntsman backpack has a similar issue(not sure if it was that one).
There are these sacks that jiggle around on it…
Yeah, I support the removal of the sacks completely.
We’re engineers. We can fire a burst a flame from our pistol, make a rifle fire a net, make a harpoon gun fire bombs, but can’t build a standalone flamethrower or Elixir gun?
This is what the weaponless kits(like grenade, bomb, and medkit) should look like(not exactly, but similar):

Different kits should have different colors and designs.

I’m more a fan of the traditional mage archetypes, so I’m not too excited about any of the specialization options we’ve got coming. Dual pistols could remind me of WS’s spell slinger class, which would be cool, but idk, I’m not really fond of the lunging of all the non-staff weapon animations. :T
I’d kind of prefer to stand up straight when I fight.
You don’t have to use the new weapons or the specialization…
