I’ve got the same issue as you guys. I’ve tried to contact Guild Wars 2 Support like a week ago, but they haven’t responded yet.

Happened to me few hours ago. I thought first that the cave troll was blocking the path for us, because we skipped him. So we tried to kill him, and guess what: nothing happened to Detha. She was still invisible in the hall of champions.

We have just wasted 2 hour sin this bugged dungeon.

This can’t continue! They need to fix this!
