Here’s my shatter build for WvW. I can solo camps all by myself with this build. ( 20/20/0/0/30/)

Being able to shatter yourself not only increases burst dps, but gives you 1-4 seconds of distortion to stomp enemies, (can even throw down time warp if you want) Stomping enemies is somewhat important because any smart player that gets downed will target another downed enemy to try and rally.

Stripping boons is very beneficial since stripping 25 stacks of might on a group can really turn the tide. Clones inflicting cripple is amazing for kiting and getting away if need be.

I chose focus because powerful combinations can be used with it if you know how as well as ripping people off of walls is useful. (Having a warden on a ram is not fun for some ppl too lol)

Your survivability however depends on you, so if you’re not alert you’ll get backstabbed by a thief or bursted down in any other cases, don’t forget that you can shatter yourself, so interrupting at melee range instantly is not to be underestimated as well as 1 second of distortion… You can do that twice when your health drops below 50%.

Also make sure to grab a torch so you can blast fields with your group.

Don’t underestimate the signet of the ether, it’s actually stronger then it looks since you can refresh phantoms after you use them which is quite a bit of dps after you shatter since you get might after you shatter.

This build has some variety with it since you can change boon, for example shattering boons to greatsword mastery,and have a 4 second cd on Mirror blade for those times when you fight at range a lot, or even pick up phantasm haste if you want to keep boon shattering.

The most important part of this build is that your race is an asura, otherwise you won’t experience those awesome dodges where you flip over an enemy and watch them explode.
