My support ticket for this issue

Thanks to the kind support team. Now i have an support ticket about the two issues above and the recently issues which just happened recently about my certain character (I created another topic for it but they are all in the same ticket so i think i will just say it in here).

I would have post this in tech support if it does not happen to only my warrior. Since from last night i always get the error as below show up whenever i try to log on my war. Funny thing is when i try to log on the others character. It works fine. I have no idea how this can happen. My warrior name : Arva Tamerlein and she is currently is at Plain of Asford

P/s: i can do whatever i want with others character except for her. Plz give me a quick response because she is my main >"<

One more thing, i can’t create support account no matter how many times i try. It always get stuck in the submitting process until the form expires.

I have played guid wars 2 since the beginning but this is the first time i try to buy gems ( I want that Axe sooo bad ). Surprisingly, none of my credit card or paypal seems to work. It always get approval failure (with cc) or an error when transfer back to guild wars 2 main page (paypal). I checked my cc but it is working fine. Im trying to fill a support ticket but for some reason, it does not let me create a support account ( stuck in the submitting like forever ). Im living in Vietnam, does it effect the purchase ?

Plz give me an answer, i will update my ticket asap (if i can create a support account). Thanks

I have a friend in game. His nick name is RongNon.9586. Yesterday. he borrowed me 170 gold to make his Juggernaut because someone was placing the custom offer at 1600 gold. He returned the money back to me right after selling it. And suddenly, this morning I received an email from him tell me that his account has been banned for real gold trading. Thats not fair. I had my gold back and bought Zap. We farmed together everyday to get what we want in this game. Can you look into it and give me a quick answer ?
