Even if you’ve lost the item it may still be unlocked in your wardrobe. If so you could apply the skin if you don’t mind spending a transmutation charge.

I’m on the first mission in epsiode 6 of season 2, “Return to Camp Resolve” and it shows me this quest waypoint in the Black Citadel. Is this just a bug? Doesn’t seem possible to get there. Is it where the Ruins of Nolani Academy waypoint is during Halloween?

No big deal, I can just go straight to the Camp Resolve waypoint.

I’m seeing the same problem. Cripple duration is only about 1 second; the tooltip says 3 seconds.
