Necro seems like the last one to fit. They are very good in WvW but don’t seem that ideal in dungeons. They are excellent for farming PvE and WvW kills with their amazing survivability and great AOE skills.

I heard that Necromancers fit in with dungeon groups nicely with their wells and support, is that inaccurate?

This topic is for some personal questions and I would really appreciate some help and general views.

First of all, I’m playing on Whiteside Ridge and I’m in a big guild. I enjoy the company of others in the game and I enjoy teleporting from events to events, doing a few dungeons and mixing up a little WvWvW to the gameplay.

I care about the complexity, integrity and the looks of a profession. Currently, I have an 80 Charr Engineer and it was quite enjoyable, all the kits at it’s disposal (maybe some of them were weak, but that could be fixed.) I’m looking for something that’s too simple and can look amazing at end-game, can do a variety of things(Lots of weapons / Attunements / Roles / Kits etc.) and it must be fun to play it.

So the choices ahead of me are Elementalist / Warrior / Necromancer

  • The question is, how does these professions fit in with what I said and If you play this profession, how do you find it’s overall strength and how fun is it?

Thanks for the help in advance!
