While I have not gotten the achievement, I can confirm that a 6 minute kill is possible for a knight as a group of 27 (3 were AFKing) managed to down the green knight with almost a minute to spare.

It does seem like the knights do scale down as all the faster kills I’ve seen were all groups of only around 25-30 people, but ones that knew how to dodge and were not spamming conditions in the first and third phases.

I’m thinking the 6 minute kills would be easiest with evenly spread groups of around 25 people that know the mechanics. When past 30 people the knights seem to scale terribly and draw out a lot and never finish with more than 5 minutes remaining, though that could be more a case of there always being 20+ bodies being fairly useless for DPS spamming conditions on everyone when the groups are a full 50.

Also, with a group of only 10-15 with people playing well the fights still seem to take twice the time they should. It seems to me like the knights start set for a group of 20-25 and scale up from there. Of all the times I’ve seen people pile in to green after blue dies, the only times it has sped up kill speed was when the group was less than 20 strong (or 25-30 strong but had at least 10 people doing nothing but getting downed repeatedly).

Of course all this is speculation given that that the 6 minute kill could have been a fluke since all 24 people there seemed to be skilled at dodging and must have been doing reasonably good DPS.

I noticed the same thing a few days ago as well. My watchknight insists on standing guard where ever it spawns and refuses to follow.
