Guild Wars 2

I have opened a service ticket with the support team to look at this for me. I’m using Windows 7. While my computer is running idle its around 40 degrees, after running guildwars, its around 72 degrees. My graphics card should support up to about 105 degrees before it starts to have problems, so I don’t think it is an over heating issue.
Will be sending the support team the game moniter files etc once I have done it tomorrow.
I have cleaned it all out tonight and am hoping it will fix the problem if it is over heating. I also noticed earlier when I was testing it, another patch came down this evening which took a while to download so it must have been a big one.
Will post again in here if it doesn’t fix the issues.

I have started playing the new Bazaar of the winds patch, and this has only happened since the new patch came out, and only with GW2.
Starting the client is fine – no problems there. I can be playing for any length of time – 5 minutes to 40 minutes, but at some point, for no reason the computer will unexpectedly restart.

This happened twice yesterday and once today – hence why I am posting.
After the second time yesterday, I updated all my drivers – everything hoping that would work. Apparently not. When I check the event viewer, it doesn’t say anything helpful, just that it unexpectedly restarted.

I want to stress – this is not a game crash – so I don’t have an error code – this is a WHOLE computer crash.

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Is anyone else having this problem?

Ok,
So I clicked on ‘Be in the Mists’ not realizing what it was. I didn’t do the tutorial hearts but went straight to the end to get to the PvP bit, and passed through the gate, thinking I could do it later.
When I go back to the hero panel and click on the Mists button, I bypass the tutorial bit and go straight into PvP.
How (if it’s possible) can I get back to the tutorial bit, so that I can actually complete it?
Any help would be appreciated!
